A colorful and detailed floor excavated at the Villa. Other monuments to Hadrian are Castel Sant’ Angelo, by Vatican City, his own mausoleum; the famous Pantheon, a temple to the gods, in Rome; and Hadrian’s Wall, north of England. These structures still exist, although only parts of the wall remain.
