This accolade, awarded by the Middle East & Africa Duty-Free Association, celebrates outstanding achievements in duty-free marketing and strategic initiatives in the travel retail sector. 

Winning this award is a significant milestone, highlighting our commitment to innovation, customer engagement, and the development of groundbreaking marketing strategies.

Our journey to this victory was marked by a series of meticulously planned and executed campaigns. Among these, our “Digitally Connected Shopper Campaign”, featuring popular brands such as KitKat, Smarties and Nescafé, stood out for its innovative approach in enhancing the travel retail experience. This campaign demonstrated our ability to seamlessly integrate travel data and technology with innovative marketing channels to create a customer experience that resonates with the modern, connected traveler.
